• Inbound SMS and messaging services
• Call routing and IVR workflows
• Internal team communications
• Marketing communications where permitted by law and with proper consent

You may not use TipiPhone services for:

• Illegal activities or fraud
• Harassment, abuse, or threats
• Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or robocalls without consent
• Spoofing, caller ID manipulation, or deceptive practices
• Distribution of malware or malicious content
• Activities that violate telecommunications laws or regulations
• Any use that harms our network, other customers, or third parties

All SMS and messaging use must comply with applicable laws, including obtaining proper consent where required and honoring opt-out requests promptly.

Phone numbers provided through TipiPhone must be used in accordance with applicable numbering regulations and may not be resold, transferred, or misused.

TipiPhone reserves the right to investigate suspected violations, suspend services, terminate accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement as appropriate.
